Building a solid foundation.

Every good relationship begins with a solid foundation and the True Natural Horsemanship method of communicating with and training horses relies on building and growing from the foundation that we develop with our equine partner.

TNH recognizes that safety is important around a flight animal such as a horse that weighs on average 1000lbs or more. The method will show you how safety and working with horses go hand in hand.

Learn the basic principles of TNH in this course and use them daily in all of your work with horses!

A horse that you can work and practice with is required (the horse does not have to be your own!).

A horse
Access to a horse, a halter and a lead rope are required. No whips or pain paraphalia are ever used in TNH. A computer and internet connection is necessary.
Each section of the TNH course is available for up to one week and is required to be completed within that week. Sections are up to two hours. There are six sections in total.
On Completion
A certificate of completion is provided if the quiz that accompanies each section achieves a 70% or higher score.
